What is love?
Love may
have many definition and people may give their own definitions to suit their
lives, but them what is love. Love can refer to as loving without seeing fault,
taking somebody the way they are not minding the way they are, not mind
how people see them but trying to see them the way God will see
them as the people he love .how do we love without seeing fault, when you
profess love to someone, you should be able to take them the way they are, two
persons cannot have the same character, our characters differ, so to be Able to
love without seeing fault we must tolerate. the bible say in proverb10:12 that “hatred stirred up strife:But love covers all sins”
But in this contest I can
say that God is love, the bible made us to know that God is love, the true and
real love Come from the God, and this is the agape love meaning Divine love.

Dear friends, let us love
one another for love comes From God. Whoever loves is a child of God and knows
God. Whoever does not love does not know God, for God is love, and God shows
his love for us by sending his only son into the world, so that we might have
life Through him. This is what love is: it is not that We have loved God,
but that he love us and send his son to be the means by which our sins are
forgiven. Dear friends if this is how God loved us, then we should Love one
another. No one has ever seen God, but if we Love one another, God lives in
union with us, and his love is made perfect in us
God
is the only love, The greatest love for mankind is the love of God, which he give us
without minding our nature, although we may be little emotional about
this love sometimes taking it as the earthly love which is lust and
men misunderstood that, God give us this love inevitably without minding our
race, his love for mankind is infinite( infinity love) which man does not pay
him positively rather negatively, our nature have rub us of this love, people
no long think of this love, only think of the earthly love(lust)
Love brings a lot
into man’s life favor , success ,etc money can buy happiness but can never buy
love, love is from God, it is only the heart that looks unto this that
can love ,a heart away from God cannot love rather lust, when the love of
God abide with man’s heart his heart will never think evil, envy
,fornication ,lust etc but it will always meditate on how to help his
generation.
The love of God brought
light and joy to the world without it I don’t think there will be a higher
animal like us in existence. His love brought us here, his love supersede all
love. The bible on 1john 4:7 say that let us love one another
for love comes From God. Whoever loves is a child of God and knows God. Beloved is
stated clear here that we should love one another and that love comes from God,
it is also made clear that he that love his neighbor knows God, how then would
we love without knowing God, How do people say that they love when they don’t
know God, it is only God that can give us the true love,True love does not come
from man. It is only the heart That knows God that can love, if we know God we
can Not do ill to our love ones, the bible say in Roms13:10That “love worked no ill to his neighbor; therefore love is the
fulfilling of the law” then if you love your brother or sister you will Not do them harm. People are not
working towards fulfilling this great law, the bible say in Mark12:31 that “thou shall love thy neighbor as
thyself. There is none other law commandment greater than these how do you want to prosper
When you have not obey this greatest
love, until we love our neighbor as ourselves things we never go right.
If you love yourself you will not think
of doing evil to yourself, so if you really love that person next to you, you
will not think of doing him/her evil, if you do him/her evil that shows that
you don’t know God, because the
Bible say in 1john4:8 that “he that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love” it is time for us to wake up for the
truth,
Let us tell ourselves truth, are we
doing the right thing?
If the answer is NO, we need to reverse
before we fall inside the pit. Love is more than a
feeling of pleasure and emotional investment, is also a spiritual investment
Anger is an inevitable feeling in any relationship, but you have to know how to
use energy to turn upset into opportunities, The truth is that many people are
confused about how to have a close relationship that works. How to have harmonious
relationship is not mystery. The first meaning of love is to do with how you
treat the person that you care about. Creating a close loving relationship is
not difficult to understand, how to do it can be learn, in fact , it has
to be learned by everyone who Knows how to sanctify their relationship rather
than pollute it.
When couples treat each
other well, they delight in each other, and love means pleasure deep emotional
enjoyment of each other.
Love is sharing life
activities and personal information creates intimacy and emotional connection.
Over time, caring grows and your emotional investment in the other deepens,
even when all is not rosy and pleasurable. The bible say on Ephesians5:25 that “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ love the church,
and gave himself for it.” Also Ephesians5:33 say that “nevertheless Let everyone of you in
particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she
reference her husband”
I believe that by now we have
been able to understand what love is all about? Having known that let us
proceed to answer the second question.
